I’m an acupuncturist, herbalist, and a practitioner of classical East Asian medicine. My role is to support you and your body reconnect and remember your innate ability to heal.

We may be a good fit if…

  • You want to work on alleviating symptoms in a holistic approach that admits to the connection between our spiritual, emotional, and physical selves. A wide range of symptoms and experiences can be supported including difficult mental-emotional symptoms, stress, insomnia, digestive complaints, urogenital and gynecological symptoms, headaches and migraines, fatigue, brain fog, and all types of body pain and discomfort.

  • You have past experiences of trauma (personal, relational, ancestral, or collective) and want to build a connection to your inherent safety and dignity.

  • You identify with neurodivergence, difficult mental health experiences, having a sensitive nervous system, or feeling disconnected from your body.

  • You want to approach healing work that is tailored to your unique individual self and also hold your healing as an important piece to collectively healing and liberation within our current oppressive socio-political context.

I recommend coming in weekly to biweekly when we initiate care. Once symptoms have decreased, I recommend coming in monthly for maintenance. I work with folks however often they are able to come in.

My initial session is 1 hour and 45 mins. All return sessions are 50 mins.

I'm happy to have a meet n greet with you before if desired -- send me an email!

Session costs range from $0/hour to $80/hour, subsidized by SQSH for Staff and Peer Counselors. Talk to your healer to let them know where you fall on the sliding scale! A herbal formula is an additional cost and will be discussed during the consultation. Herbs are usually between $25-40 for a 2 week supply of herbs.

  • Acupuncture has the potential to alleviate and support any suffering. It is part of a full medical system that is always leading us back home to ourselves and connecting us to the wider web of life. Classical East Asian Medicine has been practiced, developed, and refined over thousands of years. Techniques and theory were traditionally passed down through generations from teacher to student. This held-sacred knowledge was first written down in the classical Chinese medical texts about 2,000 years ago. Today, the medicine is practiced all around the world and has deep roots in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and Tibet. Classical East Asian medicine defines health as the free flow of qì 氣 energy throughout the body in accordance to the laws of nature. Classical East Asian medicine views everyone and everything as interconnected. Our spiritual, psycho-emotional, and physical aspects are interrelated parts of our whole selves, and we are influenced by and connected to the wider web of life. Treatment modalities include acupuncture, acupressure, teishin, moxabustion, cupping, herbal medicine, and qigong. A wide range of symptoms and experiences can be supported with classical East Asian medicine including difficult mental-emotional symptoms, stress, insomnia, digestive complaints, urogenital and gynecological symptoms, headaches and migraines, fatigue, brain fog, and all types of body pain and discomfort. Each treatment is unique and individually crafted for each person and what they are presently experiencing. My goal is to be with you as you reconnect to yourself and the innate interconnectedness of life. From this place, transformation, more aliveness, and less suffering are possible.
