Whether you are new to therapy, or returning to work more on your journey of self-discovery and healing, making the choice to find a therapist can be overwhelming. Be proud that you made it this far. You deserve a safe space to understand, accept and practice your healing. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples seeking to explore a deeper understanding of their history, identity and goals for therapy. My practice welcomes those who are in the helping profession, and I support space for those from the LGBTQIA+, and CNM community.
My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based methods to provide relief, direction, and clarity into our patterns as people, and highlight the impact that current and past relationships have on yourself today. You can learn about your attachment style, understand how your attachment style impacts your day to day life and renew your sense of purpose.
Societal and systemic causes of oppression (economic, gender, cultural) can incubate issues in our personal lives. In my practice, I deeply value decolonial and anti-capitalist ethos in navigating through the challenging seasons in life and supporting ourselves to move away from the scarcity mentality, and towards the thriving life you deserve.
Within scope of practice:
Depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship, and relational, trauma, developmental trauma, CPTSD, PTSD all through an anti-imperial and queer oriented lens.
