Our Budget Process
The healer you work with is the best person to coordinate with about your payment.
We use a transparent & cooperative budget process** to honor care requests.
Sliding Scale & Session Pool
We encourage everyone who feels they would benefit from these services to reach out.
We reserve extra funding for those who need free support.No matter your financial needs, we want you to receive care.
Tier 1 — ~12 hours monthly @ $0/h
Examples:
6 people get 2h/mo
or 4 people get 3h/mo
This may be your rate if you:
Have no or very limited financial savings
Have no or very limited expendable income*
Cannot afford to take a holiday or take time off without financial burden
Tier 2 — ~6 hours monthly @ $20/h
Examples:
3 people get 2h/mo
or 2 people get 3h/mo
This may be your rate if you:
Have limited financial savings
Have limited expendable income*
Have to actively save in order to take a holiday
Tier 3 — ~6 hours monthly @ $40 or $60/h
Examples:
3 people get 2h/mo
or 2 people get 3h/mo
This may be your rate if you:
Have access to financial savings
Have expendable income*
Can take an annual holiday without financial burden
Tier 4 — Unlimited hours monthly @ $80/h
This is a big discount exclusively offered to SQSH. Market rate is ~$120–150/h.
This may be your rate if you:
Have a comfortable amount of savings
Have a comfortable amount of expendable income*
Can afford holidays without financial burden

*Having expendable income means you don't have to worry about dining out, going to concerts, or purchasing comfort and luxury items.
